Here's our guarantee: If your advertised single-show event is cancelled before the date promoted in your ad, we will cancel the ad and hold a credit for the full amount paid on your account which can be used for future advertising. If your advertised multi-show event is cancelled after the performances have begun, you will be credited with the amount paid for any weeks remaining on your advertising run.
