And lately we've seen major weather events and unforeseen catastrophes forcing events to be cancelled. Here's our guarantee: If your advertised SINGLE-SHOW event is cancelled before the date promoted in your ad, we will cancel the ad and hold a credit for the full amount paid on your account for 12 months, which can be used for future advertising during that period. If your advertised MULTI-SHOW event is cancelled after the performances have begun, you will be credited with the amount paid for any weeks remaining on your advertising run for 12 months, which can be used for future advertising during that period.
