MARCH IS CABARET MONTH PROMOTION & GALA UPDATE
MORE PERFORMERS ANNOUNCED FOR FEBRUARY 29th EVENT

The 5th Annual CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE MARCH IS CABARET MONTH GALA will be held on Wednesday, February 29th at 7:00 pm at THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC). The "official" MARCH IS CABARET MONTH promotion efforts began Sunday (January 1st, 2012) and this gala will mark the official start of MARCH IS CABARET MONTH (a day early).

Two additional performers who have agreed to be part of the show: Carole Demas and Bruce Clough will now join Mark Nadler and Angela Shultz, all doing solo numbers, plus several "couples" to celebrate "Sadie Hawkin's Day", including Suzanne Carrico & Booth Daniels, Karen Mack & Michael Holland and Shaynee Rainbolt & Terese Genecco. One or two additional performers and the musical director will be announced in Saturday's MEMBER'S ONLY newsletter and in Monday's regular issue. As with all live entertainment events, cast subject to change without notice.

Tickets are on sale now with prices as follows:

MEMBERS TICKETS: $20 & $25

$20 per ticket for MEMBERS OF CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE (members may purchase 1 additional non-member a ticket at the member price). VIP seating tickets - tables closest to the stage, are available for $25 each (members may purchase up to 4 VIP tickets at this member price) - subject to supply availability when tickets are ordered - supply is limited.

NON-MEMBER TICKETS: $30 & $35

$30 per ticket for NON- MEMBERS. (Please note: you can purchase a CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE membership for just $10 - and then purchase 2 tickets for the member price of just $20 each - a $10 savings over all).
VIP seating tickets - tables closest to the stage, are available for $35 each (you may purchase up to 4 VIP tickets at this price non-member VIP price) - subject to supply availability when tickets are ordered - supply is limited.

Of course, there is an additional $15 food/drink minimum imposed by the LAURIE BEECHMAN (not including tax & gratuity) - credit cards accepted.

Tickets are now available online via e-mail only - there will be no reservations taken by the venue.

TO ORDER TICKETS: Send an e-mail at stuhamstra@svhamstra.com and list the exact number of tickets you wish to order in each category: MEMBER, VIP MEMBER, NON-MEMBER, VIP NON-MEMBER

A PayPal invoice will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address used on your order for the total amount, which you can pay using PayPal or by check (order is not consider confirmed until payment is received - check has cleared). If no seats are available by the time your payment is received, your PayPal payment will be refunded or your check returned.

Please remember, all checks should be made out simply to STU HAMSTRA and mailed to 75-22 37th Avenue #35, Jackson Heights, NY 11372 - do not send a check unless you have received a PayPal invoice - which you can print out and mail with your check.

LOOKING FOR SPONSORS

We are looking for sponsors to supply us some "seed money" so we can purchase promotional materials, show cards, etc. One sponsor already stepped forward anonymously with a donation to help us restart of the MARCH IS CABARET MONTH website - http://www.marchiscabaret.com/ . A second sponsor signed up over the New Year's Day weekend, and his donation will go towards the purchase of promotional cards and posters (already designed). A third sponsor was added on Tuesday,, January 3rd, which will help us complete our poster/postcard order.

Sponsorships are available now. Just send me an e-mail at stuhamstra@svhamstra.com noting at which sponsorship level you wish to donate, and I'll send you a PayPal invoice for the correct amount. (If you don't use PayPal, let me know).

Sponsorships (at the $100 level) will receive a mention (including website link) in every issue of the newsletter and on the website from the date funds are received through the end of March. All sponsors will also receive special recognition in the program booklet.

"Super Sponsors" (at $150) will also receive a free 1/4 page ad (normal cost $30) in the program booklet and 1 free VIP seating ticket to the GALA (price to be determined). And they will have their reservation booked in advance, assuring a seat at the show.

For every additional $100 sent in towards sponsorship, sponsors will be entitled to 1 additional ticket and additional ad space ($250 gives you 2 tickets plus 1/2 page ($50) - $350 gives you a full page ($75) plus 3 tickets, etc.).

Each sponsor will be asked for suggestions as to performers they would like to appear in the show.

If you wish, you may remain anonymous (and still receive any free tickets, if applicable).
