Since it's inception in
1995, The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation has raised over $875,000.00
for AIDS service agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. This year should bring that figure
over the One Million mark. 100% of proceeds from ticket sales has
always gone directly to the beneficiary partners, allowing those agencies
to concentrate more on delivery of direct care and less on fund raising.
The beneficiaries for this year (2001) are ARIS of Santa Clara County,
Center for AIDS Services, Oakland, HIV Care at Saint Francis Memorial
Hospital, Positive Resource Center, Project Inform and Tenderloin
AIDS Resource Center.
