VOCALIST STACEY KENT TO APPEAR IN LE DOME FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26th
After
finishing sold-out runs at Manhattan's Oak Room at The Algonquin,
Philadelphia's Zanzibar Blue, Washington, DC's Blues Alley, and St.
Paul's The Dakota, Stacey Kent will present her extraordinary vocal
talent in LE DOME at The Manor (111 Prospect Avenue, West Orange,
NJ - 973-731-2360 - http://themanorrestaurant.com/)
for one night only in a special appearance on Friday, October 26th.
The evening consists of a 4-course dinner and show package, with dinner
seatings at 6:00, 6:15, and 6:30 pm. Showtime is 9:00 pm.
Voted "Best Vocalist of
the 2001 British Jazz Awards," Stacey is an idol of American audiences
as well. A favorite of Bill Gates and Clint Eastwood (who flew her
to Paris to sing at his 70th birthday party), Stacey has received
glowing reviews from the American press.
Stacey will be appearing
in Le DĒme with her quartet, led by Jim Tomlinson. Together, they
have been the recipients of many European awards. Don Frio and his
band "Freeway" will provide dance music after the show, beginning
at 10:30 p.m. Cost for dinner and show is $75.00 plus tax and tip.
