ANNE PRINGLE & MARK BURNELL RETURN TO JUDY'S CHELSEA IN JULY


One of Chicago's favorite vocal duo's, Anne Pringle and Mark Burnell will be making a return visit to New York City's JUDY'S CHELSEA (169 Eighth Avenue, NYC - 212-929-5410 - http://www.judyschelsea.com/), performing their critically acclaimed new cabaret show "Tales Of Our Travels," July 19th & 20th.

A musical journey through Anne and Mark's scrapbook about their trials and tribulations of traveling, the show will feature songs by Gershwin, Porter, Coward, Steely Dan and Dave Frishberg.

Directed by Daryl Nitz and written by Pringle, Burnell and Nitz, anyone who has traveled will relate to and enjoy these tales. CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE website (http://www.cabarethotlineonline.com/) praised their show saying, "This is one magical journey of song I'm glad I got to take."

Marking their fourth appearance at JUDY'S CHELSEA, Pringle and Burnell will appear for two nights only. Show times are 8:30 pm.

Performing the world over, Anne and Mark have appeared in some of the top clubs including New York's JUDY'S CHELSEA and DON'T TELL MAMA, Amsterdam's MEDIA CAFE B&W and PALLADIO'S, LES TROIS MAILLETS and LE ST. NICHOLAS in Paris and DAVENPORTS, THE METROPOLE, HOUSE OF BLUES, GENTRY and POPS FOR CHAMPAGNE in Chicago.

Their critically acclaimed CD, "Little Things We Do Together," an eclectic mix of jazz, standards, showtunes and clever acapella numbers performed in their unique inventive style has enjoyed airplay on jazz and adult contemporary radio stations across the country.
