"Wild
& Reckless: A Revue" At Rose's Turn in November
On Friday, November 9th,
the comedy musical revue "Wild & Reckless" will be presented at UPSTAIRS
AT ROSE'S TURN (55 Grove Street, NYC - 212-366-5438) at 9:00 pm, with
three more performances to follow on Wednesday, November 14th, Friday,
November 16th and Saturday, November 17th. This musical revue features
Suzanne Adams, Hector Coris and Jennifer Winegardner with direction
by Tom Mills and musical direction from Paul L. Johnson. There is
a $12 cover/2 drink minimum.
Proceeds from the Wednesday,
November 14th show will go to the Realtors Housing Relief Fund, an
organization that helps pay the mortgages and rental costs of the
families devastated by the terrorist attacks in New York City and
Washington, D.C.
"Wild & Reckless" is a
madcap and fearless presentation of some songs familiar and some not-so-familiar.
Ms. Adams, Mr. Coris and Ms. Winegardner trade off in trios, duets
and solos that defy convention. With material by Flaherty and Ahrens,
Stephen Sondheim, Rick Crom, Michael John LaChiusa and other theater
greats, "Wild & Reckless" is chock full of great music, big heart
and huge laughs!
