Big Easy Entertainment Award-winners Ricky Graham and Harry Mayronne, Jr. have turned New Orleans' obsession with food, restaurants, celebrity chefs, waiters, and waitresses, into a cabaret musical revue. With ten new songs, THE BLACK AND WHITE BLUES sings the praises of such subjects as The New Orleans Food and Wine Experience, famous desserts, hip Asian cuisine, waiter lingo, and much more- all presented from the point of view of the waiters and waitresses who proudly wear their black-and-white uniforms every day. Harry Mayronne, Jr.'s musical score includes solo and ensemble numbers in the styles of blues, lounge songs, congas, country/western, ballads, and traditional musical comedy.

Writer/Director Ricky Graham has created a comedic look at waiters in New Orleans, from Antoine's to Wendy's. Musical staging and co-direction is by Heidi P. Junius. Costumes are designed and constructed by Cecile Casey Covert. Composer Harry Mayronne, Jr. is Musical Director and will accompany the show. THE BLACK AND WHITE BLUES is presented by The Producers Circle.
