RICHARD BARCLAY AT DON'T TELL MAMA IN OCTOBER

Richard Barclay will be appearing at DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788 - http://www.donttellmama.com/) on two Fridays, October 4th & 18th at 7:00 pm with his new show "Love Is In The Air." He will be backed up by Rolf Barnes on Piano, Boots Maleson on Fender & Acoustic Bass and Ricky Martinez on Drums & Percussion. There is a $15 cover charge and a 2-drink minimum.

The show will feature songs by Harry Vanda/George Young, Barry Manilow, Peter Allen, John Kander/Fred Ebb, Charles Strouse/Alan Jay Lerner, Jimmy McHugh, George Gershwin, Deitz/Schwartz, Rodgers/Hart, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Jerry Herman, Rolf Barnes/Alan Mount and more, for quite a varied evening of songs.

Mr. Barclay brings the know-how developed in a career that encompasses leading roles in musicals on Broadway and in national companies, owning his own film production company, Concepts Unlimited, and producing an Academy Award film: "Norman Rockwell's World ... An American Dream." He also is the winner of three Emmy Awards for a TV Special on ABC-TV: "The American Woman ... Portraits of Courage" with Patricia Neal as on-camera host and a star cast that included Frank Langella, Celeste Holm, Lois Nettleton, Melba Moore and more.
