THE
16th ANNUAL BROADWAY FLEA MARKET & GRAND AUCTION Officially Set
for Sunday, September 22, 2002

The
Broadway Flea Market, held each September in Shubert Alley in the
Theater District in NYC, brings out the biggest and brightest stars
from Broadway, Off-Broadway, Dance and daytime TV to greet fans and
sell memorabilia. The event is for the benefit of Broadway Cares/Equity
Fights AIDS, the entertainment industry's most active and vital organization
addressing the challenges of AIDS. Since October, 1987, BC/EFA has
raised and distributed $50-million in the fight against AIDS by mobilizing
the expertise of the entertainment community.
For the past several years,
Richard Skipper, as Carol Channing, has been the chairperson for the
"WHEEL OF DIVAS" as part of the Flea Market event. This year Richard
is spearheading the table for The Actors Fund once again. He is seeking
volunteers and/or any memorabilia donations (Entertainment Related!),
CDs and other items to be sold at the booth. Each year, The Actors
Fund table has been one of the top money makers. Call Richard at 845-365-0720
for information, and to volunteer.
