FRANK FONTANA RETURNS TO DON'T TELL MAMA

Frank Fontana returned to the stage of DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788 - http://www.donttellmama.com/) in early October 2002, his first engagement at the venerable midtown Manhattan cabaret since 1986. The success of that brief run has translated into an extended engagement in December. He will be back at this Restaurant Row club on Sunday, December 1st at 5:00 pm, Monday, December 2nd at 7:00 pm and Sunday, December 8th at 8:30 pm. There is a $12 cover charge, with a 2-drink minimum.

Featuring Wells Hanley (Music Director) at the piano and Eivind Opsvik on bass, Mr. Fontana concentrates on the Great American Songbook, presenting songs by writers as varied as Burton Lane, Peter Nero, Barry Manilow, Dave Frishberg, Carolyn Leigh and Rupert Holmes, among many others.
