HOLLYWOOD NURSES Opens On September 12th - Part of the Chip Deffaa Invitational Theater Festival

HOLLYWOOD NURSES, the new, highly anticipated comedy written by Sheila Head and Peter M. Marino, is opening Thursday, September 12th as part of the Chip Deffaa Invitational Theater Festival at the CHASHAMA THEATER (135 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-206-1515 - http://www.SmartTix.com/). The show runs only 12 performances through September 28th. Due to the almost SOLD OUT status, the theater has added 12 additional seats for the first 2 performances.

This fast paced, 90 minute spoof of 1960s dime-store novels is directed by Ted Sluberski and features the talents of 4 actors playing over a dozen roles. The cast is Fred Berman, Adrianne Frost, Jennifer R. Morris, and Denise Wilbanks; and featuring the voice of Julie Halston as evil gossip columnist Lil Tishman.

Scenic Design is by Michael Growler and Derek Moreno, costumes by Lee Harper, lights by Jason Brandt, sound design by Eric Willhelm, general manager Denise Cooper, choreography by Marlo Hunter, casting by Stephen DeAngelis, additional music by Amy Engelhardt and publicity by Spin Cycle.
