
"HELP
IS ON THE WAY V" BENEFIT IN DECEMBER

THE RICHMOND/ERMET
AIDS FOUNDATION presents "HELP IS ON THE WAY FOR THE HOLIDAYS V" will
be held on Monday, December 15th at the HERBST THEATRE (401 Van Ness
Avenue, San Francisco, CA - TKTS: 415-273-1620 or http://www.helpisontheway.org).
This year's annual all-star holiday benefit concert features the talents
of performers in fields of entertainment including Broadway, Film,
TV, Recording, Jazz and Dance. The show is directed by David Galligan.
Musical Directors are Richard Berent & Bill Keck. There is a pre-show
Silent Auction from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Performance begins at 7:30 pm.
Tickets for the show only are $ 35, $50 & $75. There will be a post-performance
party with the cast in the Green Room of the War Memorial Building
featuring complimentary wine, champagne and desserts (9:30 to 11:00
pm). Host Tickets (include performance & party) $100 and up.

Since it's
inception in 1995, The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation has raised over
1.3 million dollars for AIDS service agencies in the Bay Area and
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. 100% of proceeds from ticket sales
has always gone directly to the beneficiary partners.
The three
beneficiaries for this year are: Pediatric HIV/AIDS Program at Children's
Hospital Oakland * The HIV Education Program at New Conservatory Theatre
Center * Tenderloin AIDS Resource Center (TARC).
HELP IS ON
THE WAY FOR THE HOLIDAYS V is produced by The Richmond/Ermet AIDS
Foundation, founded by Barbara Richmond & Peggy Ermet in memory of
their sons, John Richmond & Doug Ermet, who both lost their lives
to AIDS. In 1995 They decided not to get mad but get even when they
launched a musical AIDS benefit to honor their sons by raising funds
for AIDS service organizations. Executive Producers are Joe Seiler
& Ken Henderson.
