SUE MATSUKI IN 5-WEEK RUN AT THE DUPLEX

Sue Matsuki opens a 5-week run at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 1-212-255-5438 - http://www.theduplex.com/) on Thursday, May 1st, with additional shows on May 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th, all shows at 9:00 pm. The show is called "A Tribute To The Gals Who Make Me Want To Sing" (Ella, Sarah, Carmen, Peggy, Rosemary, Irene & Dakota)). This run of the show will feature Gary Pace on piano and John Loehrke on bass, with Frank Fontana serving as director. There is a $15 cover, 2-drink minimum.

Each show will feature a special, gorgeous, male guest star each week singing a few songs by gals who make them want to sing! Sue's guests are as follows:

May 1st - John Patrick Schutz (cabaret singer extraordinaire) May 8th - Marcus Simeone (need I say more?) May 15th - Tim Sullivan (brother of KT, and an amazing country western singer) May 22nd - Danny Zolli (Jesus from Broadway's Jesus Christ Superstar) May 29th - Frank Fontana (Sue's pal, director and A-mazing jazz crooner)

On Friday, May 16th through Sunday, May 18th, Sue will be in Provincetown as part of CABARETFEST! (http://www.cabaretfest.com/), and will perform a new version of "JAM N' TOASTS." She will also be teaching a class as part of the festival called "Marketing Your Cabaret." This year's festival theme is "All That Jazz."
