CAROLYN MONTGOMERY RETURNS TO THE NEW YORK STAGE AT ST. CLEMENTS THEATER

MAC Award winner Carolyn Montgomery brings her latest show "Reveille" to the historic, Off-Broadway ST. CLEMENTS THEATER (423 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-246-7277 Ext. 29), for six consecutive Mondays, opening on April 28th with additional show dates on April 28th, May 5th, May 12th, May 19th, May 26th, and June 2nd - all shows at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $15 and can be reserved by calling St. Clements. Montgomery will be accompanied by her Musical Director, Rick Leonard, Producer and Director of the popular Cabaret by the Bay summer series in Fire Island, which features some of New York's most esteemed cabaret talent.

Montgomery has spent the last ten months performing in some of the best cabaret venues in the country, including THE PLUSH ROOM in San Francisco, DAVENPORT'S in Chicago, THE TIMBERLINE in Seattle, and over thirty smaller cabaret clubs from Miami, Florida to Belfast, Maine! Now, in a long-awaited return to her home city of New York, she presents a new show, featuring an eclectic mix of swinging jazz, soulful ballads and, of course, plenty of comic songs to keep her audiences smiling. Montgomery's easy charm and effortless interplay with her audiences are considered additional highlights to what is always a memorable evening of powerful vocals.

Venues in New York City that Montgomery counts among her many bookings are THE FIREBIRD, ARCI'S PLACE, THE TRIAD, DON'T TELL MAMA, DANNY'S SKYLIGHT ROOM, EIGHTY-EIGHTS and ROSE'S TURN - all in two year's time, as she entered the cabaret arena recently, in the summer of 1998. Now this relative newcomer has pleased cabaret audiences across the country, and will continue to please with her latest offering, "Reveille."
