SUSAN NEUFFER IN NEW SHOW AT MAMA'S IN JULY

Susan Neuffer returns to DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 1-212-757-0788 - http://www.donttellmama.com/) with a solo cabaret show directed by MAC award winner Lisa Asher, with musical direction by Gerry Dieffenbach. Ms. Neuffer will appear on Thursday, July 10th at 7:00 pm, Saturday, July 19th at 5:30 pm and Monday, July 28th at 7:00 pm. There is a $10.00 cover, plus a 2-drink-minimum.

Ms. Neuffer's show is an eclectic mix of musical styles from 1928 to 2000. She performs songs by local New York contemporary songwriters Steven Lutvak, John Bucchino and Gerry Dieffenbach, along with classics by Rodgers & Hart and Ernesto Lecuona.

Susan has studied with legendary performance teacher Helen Baldassare, and has performed in several cabaret workshops with Ms. Baldassare, Teri Lynn Paul, and Lennie Watts as well as the "New Voices of 1998" revue and the Musical Theatre Workshop at Juilliard. Susan presented her debut cabaret show, "No Fool for Love Songs," in the fall of 2000, and followed up in 2001-2002 with her show "Mysterious Woman" at DON'T TELL MAMA. This season, she appeared in the critically acclaimed productions "The Melody Lingers On: The Songs of Irving Berlin" and Jerry Herman's "Mame" with the St. Bart's Players. She most recently was invited by Richard Skipper to perform in the star-studded "Carol's ArtsVan Benefit" at the Soho Playhouse.
