NOEL PRESENTS "DOWNSIZED"

Teri
Noel presents her new show "Downsized," at DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West
46th Street, NYC - 1-212-757-0788 - http://www.donttellmama.com/)
on three Sundays, November 9th, 23rd & 30th at 5:30 pm. Musical director
is the wonderful Brian Hurley and they are joined by Bruce Whitcomb
on guitar. In this show, Ms. Noel hints at a playful and suggestive
sexuality that stops short of going over the line. There is a $12
music charge ($6 for MAC, TSE and Cabaret Hotline Online members)
and 2-drink minimum.
This new
show will surprise you with its interesting choice of material and
intensity. Teri brings her own special style to her shows and has
built up many new fans along the way. From the opening cords of "Workin'
At the Carwash Blues," to "She Works Hard for the Money" to "Yes,"
the song list is a roller coaster ride of emotions. Anyone who has
been affected in any way by recent economic events will find a simpatico
soul.
This is Teri's
fifth appearance at DON'T TELL MAMA, having previously presented two
shows at DANNY'S SKYLIGHT ROOM (342 West 46th Street, NYC - 1-212-265-8133
- http://www.dannysgrandseapalace.com/).
She appeared in several showcases as part of "The Singing Experience"
at THE TRIAD, and has continued working with Linda Amiel Burns as
consulting director.
