An Evening With Brett Somers at DANNY'S

Star of CBS Television's MATCH GAME At Danny's Skylight Cabaret Room

Brett Somers, star of stage, screen and television, brings her new show, "An Evening With Brett Somers," to DANNY'S SKYLIGHT ROOM (342 West 46th Street, NYC - 1-212-265-8133 - http://www.dannysgrandseapalace.com/), Mondays, July 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, at 7:00 pm. There will be a $15.00 music charge and a $10.00 food/drink minimum.

A musical memoir of a life in and out of show business, the act contains hilarious and poignant moments of romance, marriage, career, and of course, The Match Game. The show is written by Ms. Somers in collaboration with Mark Cherry, who also serves as musical director/arranger.

Best known as the top row center panelist on CBS television's Match Game, Brett is also known to many fans from the Odd Couple, as Jack Klugman's on-screen ex-wife, while being his off-screen real wife. In the "Golden Age" of live television, she made numerous appearances on Philco Playhouse, Kraft Theater, Playhouse 90, Robert Montgomery Presents, and Mister Peepers with Wally Cox. Series television appearances include the role of Gert in The New Perry Mason, ChiPs, Battlestar Galactica, The Love Boat, Barney Miller, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The FBI, The Fugitive, Love American Style, The Defenders, Have Gun Will Travel, Ben Casey, and Naked City. Film credits include Getting There with Jane Connell and George S. Irving, Larry Cohen's Bone, The Great American Beauty Pageant with Farrah Fawcett, Bus Riley's Back In Town with Ann-Margret, and A Rage To Live with Ben Gazara and Suzanne Pleshette. Stage credits include Maybe Tuesday, Happy Ending with Paul Winfield, Isaac Singer's Mine Prince Mine King, Night Fishing In Beverly Hills, The Country Girl with Jack Klugman, and the tour of Seven Year Itch with Art Carney and Lee Remick.
