Amy Stevenson is Born to Entertain

Amy Stevenson brings her show "BORN TO ENTERTAIN!" to the TRINITY RIVER ARTS CENTER (2600 Stemmons Freeway, Suite 180, Dallas, TX - 214-630-5491 - http://www.tracdallas.com/) on April 2nd at 7:30 pm as part of their Cabaret Wednesdays series. "Born to Entertain" is the "brief" story of how Amy got where she is in the entertaining business. Tickets are $10 each.

Ms. Stevenson has been singing since she could talk, starting out in church choir at the age of 3. She has had many influences in her life leading her, beginning with a trip to the Dallas Summer Musicals to see Debbie Reynolds in "The Sound of Music" when she was seven! With the help of Mark Mullino at the piano and on vocals, the show follows Amy as she details influences through her teen years, her school teaching years and ends with her heart moving "Simple Christmas Wish."

Amy sings a variety of styles of music from country to Broadway with a little classical thrown in, and loves telling the only two jokes she knows!
