Cafe Kabaret Goes to Lunch - An Encore

Vaudeville music and comedy, delicious food, good books-a winning combination.

Monday & Wednesday, May 10th & 12th, mark the return of "Cafe Kabaret Goes to Lunch," a joint project of Tatnuck Bookseller and Blue Pumpkin Productions. Performers Bill Taylor and Kelly Cassidy appear once more at TATNUCK BOOKSELLER (335 Chandler Street, Worcester, MA - 508-757-7404), with lunch seating at 11:30 am. The vaudeville cabaret begins at 12:30 pm. Lunch plus show cost is $33 per person, including tax and gratuity. For groups of 10 or more, the per person cost is $31.

Patrons enjoy a sumptuous lunch from Tatnuck's award-winning chef and are then treated to 2 Vaudevillians, the engaging and critically-acclaimed cabaret revue which combines the familiar songs and comedy of this era with little known comedic treasures. Even if you're not 'of a certain age', you may well know "Shine On, Harvest Moon," "You're A Grand Old Flag," and "The Daring Young Man on the Flying Trapeze." But the less well known delights include such comedic gems as "Becky From Babylon," "She Forgot to Bring Him Back," and "Mahoney, Maloney and Levy."

Patrons may arrive early and browse through books. Blue Pumpkin Productions' CD, "2 Vaudevillians Find Buried Treasure" is available for sale and can be autographed by the two performers.
