Scott Siegel Assembles Stellar Cast for The Broadway Musicals of 1963

This Season's finale of the critically acclaimed "Broadway by the Year Series," produced, written and hosted by Scott Siegel, takes place at THE TOWN HALL (123 West 43rd Street, NYC - http://www.the-townhall-nyc.org/ ) on Monday night, June 14th at 8:00 pm. The show, "The Broadway Musicals of 1963," will be the finale of Broadway by the Year's 4th stellar season. From its very inception, the series has received rave reviews from the length and breadth of New York's entertainment media. Limited tickets are available at $45 & $37.50 and may be purchased at the Town Hall box office from noon to 6:00 pm every day but Sunday or at Ticketmaster: 212-239-6200.

Singing the songs born on Broadway in 1963 will be two of this year's Tony Nominees for Outstanding Performance in a Musical, Tonya Pinkins (Caroline, or Change) and Euan Morton (Taboo). They will be joined by the extraordinarily talented Nancy Anderson, Stephen Bogardus, Liz Callaway, Robert Cuccioli, Julia Murney, and Noah Racey. The show will be directed by Marc Kudisch.

These Town Hall shows have already generated eight CDs (Bayview Records) that have all shot to number-one on the Footlight.com bestseller list. This will be your last chance to catch a live Broadway by the Year show until next March. And the show's producer, writer and host, Scott Siegel has put together one of the series' most star-studded, award-winning line-ups so far. Five of the eight stars in the June 14th show either are, or have been, Tony Nominees and the rest have either been nominated or have won other prestigious awards.

This amazing cast will be singing the songs from such 1963 Broadway shows as Oliver!, She Loves Me, 110 in the Shade, The Girl Who Came to Supper, Tovarich, and many others. At the June 14 concert, Siegel will announce the line up of shows for the 2005 Broadway by the Year series. Siegel promises to make a surprise announcement that night at Town Hall, as well.
