Catherine
Dupuis with the Russ Kassoff Trio at Opia

vocalist Catherine Dupuis returns to perform at LIVE AT OPIA (130
East 57th Street, NYC - 212-688-3939 - http://www.opiarestaurant.com/
) on Thursdays, October 21st and 28th and November 4th, all shows
at 7:00 pm (one set only). Joining Catherine will be Russ Kassoff
on piano, Martin Wind / Bob Bowen on bass and Rick Cutler on drums.
Arrangements by Mr. Kassoff, Bill Mays and Jeffrey Klitz. There is
a $20 cover and a $15 minimum.
Catherine's
sets include standards, plus songs by David Cantor (Dave's True Story),
Mr. Kassoff (Deirdre Brodrick, lyrics) and Mr. Mays (Dianne Mower
and Mark Murphy, lyrics). Catherine is a graduate of the Indiana University
School of Music. In August, she was guest vocalist at the Sackets
Harbor Jazz Festival (NY) with the Russ Kassoff Trio, featuring Harry
Allan and Joe Cohn.
Copies of
Catherine's CDs I Hear Music and Moments will be available at the
performance.
