Spring Ahead With Alice Frazier at DANNY'S

April 16th marks the exciting return of an amazing voice to New York City cabaret. Direct from her Society of Singers appearance for Sid Bernstein, Alice Frazier returns to DANNY'S SKYLIGHT ROOM (346 West 46th Street, NYC - 1-212-265-8133 - http://www.dannysgrandseapalace.com/ ) with her new show, Spring Ahead, Fall Back, songs about beginnings and endings. The show will feature the debut of an original comedy song, called "Single" written by New York actor and comedienne Julie Kurnitz.Performance dates are Fridays, April 16th & 30th and May 7th at 7:00 pm. There is a $15 cover, $10 food/drink minimum. Alice's musical director and pianist is Don Rebic. $10 cover for members of MAC & CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE on April 16th. NO COVER for MAC & CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE members on April 30th & May 7th.

Ms. Frazier has won a loyal following by entertaining audiences in Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. She is a one-woman crusade who introduced cabaret to Erie, Pennsylvania. Alice has also played in New York City venues, including Judy's Chelsea, and Danny's Grand Sea Palace & Skylight Cabaret and Dillon's. Alice Frazier is certain to draw attention with her intensely personal renditions of a wide variety of fabulous songs from haunting to heartbreaking, humorous to high energy, including the great classics, standards, pop, and special material. Cabaret performer and New York actor Julie Kurnitz (Radio Days) provides additional lyrics to several songs, bringing fresh takes to some of the great standards.

Alice's musical director and pianist - the immensely talented and respected Don Rebic - is currently also working with cabaret artists Karen Akers and Mary Cleere Haran, and has performed with Margaret Whiting and many others.
