Scott Hall returns to the New York cabaret stage with an all-new show,

DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 1-212-255-5438
- http://www.theduplex.com/),
all shows at 7:00 pm. The show is directed by award-winning Jay Rogers
and musically directed by award-winning pianist Daryl Kojak. Helping
out on bass and vocals is Shyndigg. There is a $15 cover and a 2-drink
minimum. $10 cover for

Hall's last
run of solo cabaret shows was in support of his debut recording, the
indie-classic New Light Dawning, in 1998. In recent years, he has
performed in clubs in Boston, Philadelphia and Atlanta. He also did
a larger concert at Middle Collegiate Church in New York, which resulted
in his recording Live at Middle (2002). Hall also received acclaim
for his original song Holiday Spirit, on a 3-song Christmas CD released
in 1999.
The new show,
"That Irrepressible Guy", is a song-and-story journey of his last
five years, from tragedy to triumph. Never one to be pigeonholed,
Hall sings the gamut from pop to r&b to jazz to Broadway to country
to blues! Composers include Lieber & Stoller, Peggy Lee, Bacharach
& David, Ashman & Menken, Steve Winwood and Amy Grant, among others.
He will also debut his own new country tune, "Fragile: Handle With
Care" and Karen Benedetto's "True to Yourself."
