show "That Irrepressible Guy," which had a successful four-show run
at The Duplex in April. The show, his first new outing at a New York

the ups-and-downs of the business and in his personal life. The show
is directed by award-winning Jay Rogers and musically directed by
award-winning pianist Daryl Kojak. Helping out on bass and vocals
is Shyndigg. There is a $15 cover, 2-drink minimum. $10

"That Irrepressible
Guy" has been slightly updated since its spring edition. This time
around, Hall simply is irrepressible, commenting on politics, religion
and relationships as well as featuring the gamut of musical repertoire
from pop to r&b to jazz to Broadway to country to blues! Composers
include Lieber & Stoller, Peggy Lee, Bacharach & David, Merrill &
Styne, Steve Winwood and Amy Grant, among others. He will also perform
couple of his own songs and Karen Benedeto's "True to Yourself."
Mr. Hall
continues to direct the popular "That Singing Feeling" vocal workshops,
is working on a novel and his memoirs, and is a featured soloist with
the Middle Collegiate Church gospel choir. He has directed over three
dozen cabaret shows. He is also working on an MFA in Creative Writing
at City College/CUNY.
