Valentine Ryder at DILLON'S Thursdays in April

Singer Valentine Ryder returns to the New York Cabaret Scene with the Barry Levitt Trio for four performances at DILLON'S (245 West 54th Street, NYC - 212-307-9797 - http://www.dillonslounge.com/ ) on Thursdays, April 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd at 8:00 pm with his new show Sing, Sing, Swing! Special guest performers for these shows include Scott Parrish and Mary Burke. There is a $15 cover, and a $10 food/drink minimum. $10 cover for members of MAC & CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE.

Val, who enjoyed enormous popularity on the cabaret scene, makes a triumphant return to New York Nitelife with these four performances at Dillons. Mr. Ryder has sung Off-Broadway and in many of New York's finest Cabarets and Concert Halls. In the mid 80s, he was the manager & occasional singing star of the posh jazzy nightclub/cabaret, MR. SAMS, on Manhattan's Upper East Side where he presented singing stars, Morgana King, Helen Merrill, Marlene VerPlanck and many more!

In addition to his singing career, Mr. Ryder is an accomplished voice teacher and coach. He produced (along with John Hoglund) the legendary "Miracle on 35~ Street" starring Liza Minnelli & many other Broadway/cabaret stars, hosted by Susan Sarandon! "Miracle on 35th Street" was an AIDS charity benefit for the Manhattan Center for Living in the early 90s and raised over $60,000 for the Center.
