Marta Sanders Returns to the NYC Cabaret Stage

Broadway and Cabaret favorite, Marta Sanders makes her return to the NYC Cabaret stage on Friday, November 19th at 9:30 pm at LIVE AT OPIA (130 East 57th Street, NYC - 212-688-3939 - http://www.opiarestaurant.com/ ). Ms. Sanders is a MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs - http://www.macnyc.com/ ) Award recipient, and is also well remembered as part of the Broadway cast of "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas." Musical director is John McMahon. There is a $20 cover, $15 food/drink minimum

Marta Sanders has also had the pleasure to perform in show rooms like Rainbow & Stars, Upstairs at Greene Street, Maxim's and EightyEights. Those clus are all gone now, but Marta continues to travel, performing in night clubs in the United States and abroad. Her most recent reviews are for appearances at today's rooms like The Rock Garden in Palm Springs, Danny's Skylight Room, Sunday Caberet Brunch at Caterina's, The Triad, Arci's Place, and Sardi's.

Ms. Sanders recently returned from her annual Palm Springs engagement at The Rock Garden, and has just completed the recording and mastering stages of first CD. This self-produced CD is a beautiful compilation of standard Latin ballads in Spanish.
