CABARET NEWS - NEW YORK CITY

BROADWAY CABARET FESTIVAL AT TOWN HALL
Eden Espinosa, the critically acclaimed, brilliant voice of Brooklyn, the Musical, makes her concert debut at THE TOWN HALL (123 West 43rd Street, NYC - http://www.the-townhall-nyc.org/ ), on Saturday, October 22nd in a program of all show tunes that will forge an unforgettable link between classic and contemporary Broadway. Starring in Town Hall's FIRST BROADWAY/CABARET FESTIVAL, Espinosa, recognized by many critics as "perhaps the finest voice ever heard in musical theater" will present the full range of her vocal talents in the most ideal concert setting on stage at the historic Town Hall. Ms. Espinosa will follow a first act that features the previously announced Tony-nominated star of Taboo, Euan Morton. In an evening completely devoted to classic and contemporary musical theater, Morton will perform his own special program of Broadway hits.

In addition to Euan Morton & Eden Espinosa Sing Broadway on October 22nd, there will be a star-studded evening called LIFE IS A CABARET: A Tribute to Kander & Ebb on Friday night, October 21st starring, among others, Ann Reinking, Brent Barrett and Robert Cuccioli. On Sunday, October 23rd at 3:00 pm, BROADWAY ORIGINALS will take place with great Broadway stars returning to sing the songs that made them famous. This remarkable weekend of all-Broadway music marks THE TOWN HALL'S commitment to the great tradition of American musical theater.
