BROADWAY CABARET
FESTIVAL AT TOWN HALL
Eden Espinosa, the critically
acclaimed, brilliant voice of Brooklyn, the Musical, makes her concert
debut at THE TOWN HALL (123 West 43rd Street, NYC - http://www.the-townhall-nyc.org/
), on Saturday, October 22nd in a program of all show tunes that
will forge an unforgettable link between classic and contemporary
Broadway. Starring in Town Hall's FIRST BROADWAY/CABARET FESTIVAL,
Espinosa, recognized by many critics as "perhaps the finest voice
ever heard in musical theater" will present the full range of her
vocal talents in the most ideal concert setting on stage at the
historic Town Hall. Ms. Espinosa will follow a first act that features
the previously announced Tony-nominated star of Taboo, Euan Morton.
In an evening completely devoted to classic and contemporary musical
theater, Morton will perform his own special program of Broadway
hits.
In addition to Euan Morton & Eden Espinosa Sing Broadway on October
22nd, there will be a star-studded evening called LIFE IS A CABARET:
A Tribute to Kander & Ebb on Friday night, October 21st starring,
among others, Ann Reinking, Brent Barrett and Robert Cuccioli. On
Sunday, October 23rd at 3:00 pm, BROADWAY ORIGINALS will take place
with great Broadway stars returning to sing the songs that made
them famous. This remarkable weekend of all-Broadway music marks
THE TOWN HALL'S commitment to the great tradition of American musical
theater.
