KING PAO KOSHER COMEDY FEST IN SAN FRANCISCO
THE 13th ANNUAL EVENING OF KUNG PAO KOSHER COMEDY featuring Wendy Liebman
with Gregg Rogell, Betsy Salkind and hostess Lisa Geduldig will be held
at the NEW ASIA RESTAURANT (772 Pacific Avenue, San Francisco, CA -

) from Thursday through Sunday, December 22nd through 25th. Now all
can celebrate Christmas the Jewish Way - in a Chinese restaurant with
Jewish comedy!
Now in its 13th year, Kung Pao Kosher Comedy continues to provide an
answer to the age-old question, "What are Jews supposed to do on Christmas?"
What started out as a joke by Kung Pao creator and San Francisco-based
Jewish stand-up comic, Lisa Geduldig, has become an institution in San
Francisco, giving 3000 comedy aficionados and those escaping "Christmas-mania"
an alternative to Jingle Bells and The Nutcracker. It's the Bar Mitzvah
you never had -- and you don't have to be Jewish to enjoy it!
And this year will be the event's Bar/Bat Mitzvah! Partial proceeds
benefit: Jewish Home's "Esther Weintraub Comedy Clinic" and "Clowns
without Borders."
