MEET MISS ERIN JAMES IN HER AUSTRALIA CABARET DEBUT

Alma James makes her Australia cabaret debut at STATEMENT LOUNGE BAR CABARET (49 Market Street, Sydney, NSW, AUS - (02) 9373 6758 - http://www.ticketmaster.com.au/ ) on Saturdays, September 15th, 22nd & 29th at 8:00 pm in "HAVE YOU MET MISS JAMES?" Featuring an array of well-known standards as well as a selection of rarities, Newcastle-born Erin presents songs from her showcase performance at NYC's DON'T TELL MAMA that wowed some of New York cabaret's biggest names.

A graduate of the Talent Development Project (2002), Erin was a recent recipient of the Bound For Broadway (TDP/ASCAP) scholarship which saw her embark on a four week tour to New York City. Her scholarship involved master classes and workshops with industry professionals and culminated in a solo cabaret showcase presentation at Don't Tell Mama, NY.

In the show Ms. James makes an extraordinary musical journey, exploring the worlds in which she exists - the glittering world of dreams come true and the simple land of reality. With tales to tell from the trip of a lifetime, Erin brings to an audience everything from stirring inspirational stories, to late night hospital visits and her residency at Starbucks.

Tickets are $30.
