MARCH 16TH & 17TH - "THE EXILES"

"The Exiles" have been a regularly featured act at O'Leary's, and at Jacob Wirth's, in Boston. The band has brought their fiddle, flutes, bodrhans and vocals (and many other instruments) to many venues, such as the Lowell Irish Festival, the Bread and Roses Festival, the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, The Elephant and Castle, the Honey Fitz pub, and for Fiona Shaw and the cast of Dublin's Abby Theater. "The Exiles" play exhilarating, traditional; Irish instrumental dance music, as well as their own compositions, with vitality and spark. "The Exiles" features Bob Drouin, on a dizzying array of melodic instruments, backed by one of the most driving rhythm sections in the business. "The Exiles" music ranges from sets of high-energy jigs and reels, to delicate finger picking tunes, to lively traditional songs.

Bob Drouin (bouzouki, fiddle, banjo, whistle, flute, vocals) Bob's music evokes his deep love for the Irish music tradition. For the past seven years, he has been anchoring the traditional Irish music session at Patrick's Pub, in Providence, and he is also a founding member of the Celtic group, Pendragon.

Jeff Feingold (bodhran, vocals) Jeff, mid-Atlantic champion on the Irish drum, was filmed as a guest performer for RTE, the Irish public television network. Jeff also joined several other musicians to record original and traditional music for the soundtrack of the Indie film, "Private Lies" (formerly titled "Bye, Bye America"). Jeff also founded the Celtic Artists' Network, a traditional music concert production and promotion company.

Jay Gilbert (guitar, banjo, vocals) Jay has fast become one of the most highly regarded accompanists in Irish Music in the New England traditional music scene. In addition to the "backing", Jay also plays melody, for both traditional tunes and those of his own composition. Jay has developed an individual style on guitar, on which his playing is at once strong, precise, and delicate. He also plays Irish tenor banjo, and he has a rich singing voice. He sings both lead and backing vocals for "The Exiles".

APRIL 20TH - "GUYS BY DOLLS..."

The Cast of "Connie, Brenda Patsy & Me" presents "Guys by Dolls... the music of the male crooners, country singers, rock and roll rockers & boy bands"! "From the artists who brought you "Connie, Patsy, Brenda and Me" comes "Guys by Dolls - Sinatra to N*Sync". Lead by Ms Sheila Fahey of Neponset, Massachusetts five talented women will share with you their comical views on the male species as well as fill your night with many memorable songs generally attributed to male performers from the crooners of yesterday to the boy bands of today."

Ms. Fahey and others in the cast have been seen for years in leading and supporting roles in numerous productions for JM Productions as well as other local South Shore Theatre organizations. Audiences have faithfully followed Sheila's career over the years; most notably in the JM Productions acclaimed yearly Christmas revue "What Christmas Means To Me" where she delivered her 20-minute nostalgic and comedic monologue for the last 15 years.

"Guys by Dolls" is funny, sentimental, and worth every penny. Keeping up the tradition of "Connie, Brenda, Patsy & Me" people will keep coming back again and again, bringing new friends to experience "the "New" little show that could! Ticket sales for any shows Sheila Fahey has done in the past have always entered the "Standing Room Only" status so hurry to purchase your seats as this new production will certainly "sell out" quickly!

APRIL 21ST - "CONNIE, BRENDA, PATSY & ME"

Due to the tremendous response with over 500 patrons cheering and jumping to their feet it was imperative for JM Productions to book "Connie, Patsy, Brenda and Me" one more time! Patrons who saw the original show couldn't wait to see it again! Those who missed the performance but heard the "BUZZ" called after the show to try to get a jump on tickets for this season. "Connie, Patsy, Brenda and Me" is a combination of the sounds and styles of the beloved and cherished performers - Ms. Connie Francis, Ms. Patsy Cline and Ms. Brenda Lee. The music of these three amazing women fills an evening with all of their greatest hits made famous during the 1950's and 1960's. Ms Fahey has added the "Me" component so she can incorporate other artists who have influenced her personally throughout her years as a performer. "Connie, Patsy, Brenda and Me" is under the musical direction of Mr. Mark Donahue of Milton, MA. Ms. Fahey is joined on stage by her daughter, Jennifer Fahey of Neponset, MA, her niece, Patty Lee of Braintree, MA and her friends, Kathy Teevans Fitzpatrick of Milton, MA and Mary Ellen Anson Braintree, MA, who lend their voices as back-up singers. The singers have been performing on the South Shore for many years. The evening will prove to be a fun filled walk through memory lane, however, its upbeat attitude coupled with the spectacular atmosphere at Raffael's will surely appeal to all generations.

MAY 3RD & 4TH - THE TURNTABLES

Where were you in the 60's? Remember transistor radio's, Ben Hur, rat-tail combs, and " a little dab will do ya." The Turntables have been singing together as group since 2001. They initially formed to sing oldies for a fundraiser, and had so much fun that they are still doing it today. Come along! Be there or be square!! Come along with The Turntables to celebrate the great years of music.... The 50's, 60's! With the terrific music, the many costume changes and sing a long showstoppers you are sure to enjoy this nostalgic walk down memory lane! This terrific musical group performed for Hull Community Theatre as a fundraising effort. Folks on the South Shore were not able to purchase tickets to this private event. We felt it was time to bring this group to the general public offering two special performances. There are many fans that follow this group! Tickets will certainly be scarce. Order early!
