PAMELA RECKAMP SALUTES SONGWRITERS IN ST. LOUIS SHOW
St. Louis-Based Cabaret singer Pamela Reckamp salutes songwriters Carole
King, James Taylor, Billy Joel and The Beatles in her new show "My Poets"
at CABARET AT SAVOR (4356 Lindell, St. Louis, MO - 314-531-0220 - http://www.Savor-stl.com/
) on Friday, November 30th and Saturday, December 1st, both shows at
8:30 pm. She will be accompanied by Al Fischer. My Poets marks Pamela's
second cabaret show, having performed An Evening With Friends in November
of last year.
Pamela Reckamp comes to the Cabaret at Savor with 20
years of performing experience. A familiar face to St. Louis theatre
audiences, Ms. Reckamp recently finished a four week run of The Full
Monty at STAGES. She has studied with Lina Koutrakos and Amanda McBroom
and musical directors Rick Jensen and Alex Rybeck.
Accompanist Al Fischer has served as the music director
for Stages St. Louis, doing such shows as A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, CRAZY
FOR YOU, and HELLO DOLLY, for which he was nominated for a Kevin Kline
Award. Based in St. Louis, Al has also worked around the country,
serving as music director in such theaters as the Little Theatre on
the Square, Circa 21 Dinner Playhouse, the Riverside Theatre and the
Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre.
All tickets are $18 plus $12 minimum.
