) for one night only on Saturday, March 24th at 6:00 pm. The show
is an autobiographical story of singing - and not singing - in pursuit
of your dreams. It is described as an odyssey of soul, R&B, and Broadway
songs. Musical direction is by David Shenton.
Terrell Baker began singing at the age of five in
Boston in his church's Tiny Tots choir. As he grew older, he continued
to sing in his church and in his elementary and middle school choirs,
then produced, directed, and performed in his high school talent
show. He performed at numerous events in the Boston area including
singing the national anthem at Fenway Park before a Red Sox game.
After high school, he moved to New York City and has
been performing in various cabarets, such as Dillion's, Helen's,
and Don't Tell Mama. Terrell performed at the world famous Apollo
Theater's Amateur Night in 2006.
There is a $12 cover, 2-drink minimum.
