CABARET AT ST. BART'S PRESENTS RUTH HASTINGS & COMPANY

CABARET AT ST. BART'S will present Ruth Hastings & Company, with vocalist Craig Jessup and pianist/vocalist Barry Lloyd on Monday, April 23rd at 7:00 pm at ST. BARTHOLOMEW'S CHURCH (Park Avenue at 51st Street, NYC - 212-378-0222 - http://www.stbarts.org/ ). San Francisco-based Ruth Hastings & Co. were premier cabaret and concert artists in the 70s through the 90s, and are reuniting for this performance, which will benefit St. Bartholomew's Church. They will be joined by featured guest Mark Bozzuti-Jones.

The concert will feature music from composers Noel Coward, Cole Porter, Kurt Weill, Stephen Sondheim as well as selections from Ruth Hastings & Co.'s highly acclaimed award winning San Francisco production of "Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris."

Since their 1977 debut as a professional acting/singing ensemble, Ruth Hastings & Co.'s passionate and powerful vocal styling have won them critical and popular acclaim in the United States, Canada and Europe. Appearing in a wide variety of musical theatre productions and concerts, they have been described as the "torrid trio of talent."

The group released four recordings including Ruth Hasting's sold-out concert at The American Conservatory Theatre's Geary Theatre in San Francisco.

Tickets are $15.
