ROBYN McCORQUODALE RETURNS TO NYC FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY
Singer, songwriter, pianist, Robyn McCorquodale returns to New York
City for a one-night only performance at THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE
BEECHMAN THEATER (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909 -

) on Thursday, May 3rd at 7:00 pm. Together with Peter Calo (guitar)
and Ritt Henn (bass), Robyn will perform an eclectic selection of
her original compositions and original arrangements of familiar Standards
from the American Songbook.
A native of Vancouver, Canada, Robyn has showcased
her talent in numerous cabarets, supper clubs and restaurants in
Manhattan, as well as been a featured guest performer at the New
York Sheet Music Society New Songwriters Series. She has also performed
extensively in all of Vancouver's major hotels as well as made several
radio and television appearances in Canada.
A songwriter and recording artist, she has released
two CDs of self-penned compositions, which receive radio airplay
in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. Robyn's career began
with a unique two-month overseas engagement on Borneo Island singing
at The Palace for The Sultan of Brunei. Next, she spent one year
performing in Hong Kong at the Convention Center's New World Harbour
View Hotel. A featured Guest Entertainer headlining on the elegant
American Orient Express Train, as well as onboard many luxury cruise
ships for Saga Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Seabourn Cruise
Lines, Orient Cruise Lines and Princess Cruise Lines, this will
be Robyn's debut performance at The Laurie Beechman Theatre.
There is a $15 cover, $15 food/drink minimum.
