AN EVENING OF MUSIC AND COMEDY FEATURING MACKENZIE THOMAS
The award winning writer and producer from Talent in Motion Magazine, Michael Martinez is proud to present An Evening of Music and Comedy at DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 1-212-757-0788 - http://www.donttellmamanyc.com/ ) on Tuesday, May 15th at 6:30 pm. This showcase and variety show will feature singer Mackenzie Thomas. Joining Ms. Thomas in the show are Aaron Letrick, Danielle Britton and Deborah Lombardi plus special guest comics Amy Daulton and Alex Decaneas of Fantastic Genius.

Mackenzie Thomas has appeared in Mama Mia! on Broadway and the National Tour. Mackenzie has also appeared on NBC's "Grease: You're The One That I Want" (Top 50 Grease Academy Contestant).

Danielle Britton started out performing in musicals in South Africa. At 16 she had her first hit on South African airwaves and was performing in front of thousands at the annual Local Artists Charity Concert. She has traveled the world with her own Brazilian Bossa Nova Band "Brazileira" and has worked as a freelance singer in Paris, Cape Town, Israel, and Los Angeles. She has written and recorded dance music and performed at the famous Cafe Del Mar in Ibiza. Danielle sings in English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, and some African languages. Danielle has moved to New York to pursue a career in Musical Theatre.

Aaron Letrick recently completed a 32 episode run on ABC's All My Children and the new NHL-Verizon television and print campaign. Aaron is currently in the studio recording original music with Engineer Chris Thies ( Maria Maria; Santana) and is working on "Billy Does Broadway", his show based on Broadway's many "Billy" characters. He is the former lead singer of the rock bands "Pleezer" and "House of Usher" and was named "Top 20 Male Vocalists of the 90's " by Progressor Magazine. Aaron is currently represented by Lou Addesso Jr. at Mission Launch, LLC.

Deborah Lombardi is a multi-instrumental singer-songwriter who crafts songs with a mix of rock, country, and pop. Her songs have been featured on Animal Planet and she has received songwriting honors from VH1's Song of the Year Contest as well as the Billboard Songwriting Contest. A frequent performer on the New York and Long Island music scenes, readers of Aural Fix Communique recently voted her "Queen of the Long Island Music Scene." In support of her new CD On The Fringe, she's also toured throughout the East Coast.

Michael Martinez has produced showcases in NYC at DON'T TELL MAMA and other NYC clubs highlighting emerging talent as well as singers who have starred on the Broadway stage.

There is a $ 15 cover charge plus 2 drink minimum.
