MILLION DOLLAR MOVIE MATINEE WITH SUSAN WINTER

Jazz vocalist Susan Winter returns to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440 - http://www.metropolitanroom.com/ ) for two performances on Sundays, June 3rd & 17th at 5:00 pm. She is MERGING her passion for the Late Show with her glorious voice in: "Million Dollar Matinee". Susan has teamed up with Rick Jensen and Lina Koutrakos (Musical Director and Director) in this, the second outing of her sold-out debut performance in February.

A long time fan and aficionado of movie classics, Susan Winter is paying homage to the composers, singers and actors of yesterday using the movie music of great songwriters such as Hoagy Carmichael, Sammy Cahn and Jule Styne, Cole Porter and George M. Cohan

Ms. Winter, left a budding singing career to raise a family and work with special needs students for the NYC Department of Education. Now, after attending the CABARET CONFERENCE AT YALE in 2006, she has returned to performing.

There is a $20 cover, 2 beverage minimum
