JAZZ-POP SINGER ROSE ANDREZ TO PERFORM AT THE TRIAD
Jazz-pop singer Rose Andrez will perform her latest show at THE TRIAD

) on Tuesday, June 19th at 7:00 pm. Rose Andrez has a stylish jazz-pop
sound reminiscent of Rosemary Clooney and Bette Midler. Born and raised
in Buffalo, NY, her mother and aunt were professional singers known
as the Antonelli Twins. They performed with Carol Burnett, Frankie
Avalon and Michael Bennett.
Rose began performing in musicals at the Seaside Music
Theatre, Candlewood Playhouse and Downtown Cabaret Theatre. She
performed in numerous productions, from "Little Mary Sunshine" to
"Mame" and "Evita" to "My Fair Lady." She was also the host of the
television programs "Soundstage" and "Panorama" in Ithaca, NY. She
made her New York City stage debut in her own show, "Rose's Show"
at DON'T TELL MAMA to sold out audiences. The show was a fabulous
evening about the challenges she faced in discovering her own true
voice through the songs of Amanda McBroom, Mary-Chapin Carpenter,
Phil Everly, Quincy Jones and Rod Temperton.
Rose released her first CD "Lucky Woman" to a sold-out
audience at Mama Rose's in New York City and performed regularly
at DANNYıS SKYLIGHT ROOM and THE TRIAD. Rose sold out the Cabaret-in-the
Square Theater and The Tralf in Buffalo, NY. Rose was a featured
vocalist at Tavern on the Green for the National Association of
Women Business Owners gala dinner.
Rose recently released her second EP "I Got A Man"
at DONıT TELL MAMA in New York City. She had the privilege of working
with Grammy winning engineer Dae Bennett who recorded and mixed
the single "Wonderful."
In addition to her performing background, Rose worked
for Robert Cole Productions on the Broadway hit, "Having Our Say"
produced by Camille O. Cosby and Judith Rutherford James; and the
Off- Broadway play, "Cryptogram" written by David Mamet. She also
produced and promoted concerts for The New York Chamber Ensemble
at Lincoln Center. Rose is classically trained by renowned concert
pianist and artist developer Vera Tisheff; (multi-platinum recording
artist Vanessa Carlton, Grammy Award winning musical director Paul
Bogaev).
