"BREAST IN SHOW" A BENEFIT CABARET SERIES

MacAnn Music, Helen's, Raise the Bar Productions and Diane Trinkaus (an 18 year breast cancer survivor!) are proud to present a benefit cabaret series for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF - http://www.bcrfcure.org/ ). Each of these 8 Monday and Tuesday night shows in June will feature one or more of cabaret's brightest talents, many of whom are multiple award-winning performers. The shows begin at 7:00 pm (June 5th show begins at 9:30 pm) at HELEN'S RESTAURANT, CABARET & PIANO LOUNGE (169 Eighth Avenue, NYC - 212-206-0609 - http://www.helensnyc.com/ ).

Performers scheduled to appear are: Tom Andersen (June 4th), Mark Nadler (June 5th), Laurie Krauz, Brian Gens and Steven Wing (June 11th), Colm Reilly (June 12th), Lina Koutrakas (June 18th), Barbara Brussell (June 19th), Leslie Anderson and Jay Rogers (June 25th), Rick Jensen and Jeanne MacDonald (June 26th).

1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer and over 40,000 women will die of breast cancer in the U.S. this year! The mission of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) is to achieve prevention and a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime by providing critical funding for innovative clinical and genetic research at leading medical centers worldwide, and increasing public awareness about good breast health. BCRF is an independent 501 (c) (3) not-for profit organization.

There is a $25 tax-deductible donation and a $15 food/beverage minimum. Helen's has a full dinner menu available and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
