"A CABARET CONCERT" SHOWCASES SF WORKSHOP CLASS
"A Cabaret Concert" featuring performers Diane Cohen, Joseph Cohen,
Marilyn Cooney, Maria Diamond, Mark Johnson, Rachel Winell and Kiim
Winn will take place on Friday, April 20th at 7:00 pm at MICHAEL'S OCTAVIA
LOUNGE (1772 Market Street, SF - 415-863-3516 - http://www.octavialounge.com/
). This performance is the culmination of an 11-week master class produced
by Kitchenette Productions and teachers Lua Hadar, Linda Kosut and Barry
Lloyd.
Each singer is an individual on his/her own path to
excellence. Singers learn both by watching and doing in a master class
setting. In all sessions, students cover mic technique, patter, physical
presence on stage and song performance. The final session is a show
featuring all students, to which family and friends are cordially
invited.
Lua Hadar, Linda Kosut and Barry Lloyd, are experienced
cabaret performers, and have been performing in the Bay Area in their
own solo shows, as well as in collaborative shows. They also produced
the "New Stars" series of showcases for the past 2 years and have
been coaching performers for many years. For more information check

There is a $10 cover plus a 2-drink minimum (waived
with dinner).
