KLEA BLACKHURST MAKES Royal Room Debut November 15th
THE ROYAL ROOM at THE COLONY HOTEL (155 Hammond Avenue, Palm Beach, FL - 561-659-8100 - http://www.thecolonypalmbeach.com/ ) continues its fall cabaret season with performances by Klea Blackhurst, Thursday through Saturday, November 15th through 17th and Friday & Saturday, November 23rd & 24th, all shows at 8:00 pm. Ms. Blackhurst is best known for her acclaimed tribute to Ethel Merman, ("Everything the Traffic Will Allow") that has been charming audiences and critics alike nationwide since 2001.

She made her Carnegie Hall debut starring with Michael Feinstein in an evening devoted to the work of composer, Jule Styne. Other recent U.S. appearances include the Fifteenth Annual Cabaret Convention at New York's Town Hall; 92nd Street Y Lyrics & Lyricist Series (Cole Porter); The Oak Room in the fabled Algonquin Hotel; San Francisco's Plush Room; New Jersey Performing Arts Center; and the Chicago Humanities Festival. In 2002, Klea made her London debut (stage, radio and television) at Royal Albert Hall.Ú Her TV and radio appearances include "The Caroline Rhea Show", "The Rosie O'Donnell Show", "Sesame Street", and "A Prairie Home Companion."Ú Liz Smith has called her, "A bright new star.Ú Klea is just grand!"

$95 for dinner and show; $50 for show only.
