KATE LOITZ PRESENTS VAGABOND! AT THE DUPLEX
Kate Loitz, 2006 Back Stage BISTRO Outstanding Vocalist Award recipient presents her all-new show Vagabond! at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 1-212-255-5438 - http://www.theduplex.com/ ) on Fridays, January 11th, 18th & 25 at 7:00 pm.

As she prepares to move out of New York for an uncertain future - upscale homelessness with a lot of international travel - Kate celebrates the freedom of being a vagabond. Her new motto is "Less stuff and more fun." Musical direction is by Robert Marks. Erv Raible directs.

Kate is currently appearing in It's A Wonderful Life at the John W. Engeman Theater in Northport, NY. Kate Loitz's musical career began in coffee houses during her college years, was refined on the musical stage and ultimately honed in the cabarets of New York, Boston and Chicago. With the Wisconsin Idea Theater, Kate appeared in West Side Story, 1940's Radio Hour, Thurber Carnival, Noel Coward's Fallen Angels and Tom Stoppard's Travesties.

Her cabaret shows include: Let's Not Talk About Love, I'm Glad I'm Not Young Anymore, Hot Ginger & Dynamite: The Songs of Harry Warren and A Tasty Piece of Kate. Kate's critically acclaimed debut CD, I'm Glad I'm Not Young Anymore is available at http://www.cdbaby.com/loitz.
