SCOT ALBERTSON CONTINUES WITH 3RD CD RELEASE EVENTS

Scot Albertson and the Daryl Kojak Jazz Quintet will present an additional performance of their sold out show of December 29th at THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATER (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909 - http://www.westbankcafe.com/ ) on Thursday, February 7th at 7:00 pm. The Jazz Quintet will consist of Daryl Kojak, musical director/piano; Cameron Brown, bass; Tony Jefferson, drums; Sue Terry, alto sax; and Dave Pietro, tenor sax.

This performance will also continue the celebration of the public release of Scot's new (and 3rd) CD, FATE REVEALED BY DESIGN. The new CD was recorded with the Jazz Quintet and with a string quartet and with Rex Benincasa on percussion. Special Guest Pianist on the new CD is Jerry Scott, who will also appear at this event.

The debut and second CD were both publicly released @ Danny's Skylight Cabaret Room in New York City in 2005 and 2006 respectively. In 2007, Scot and Daryl were both nominated for MAC. Awards; Scot for Male Jazz Vocalist and Daryl for Musical Director.

There is a $20 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
