INFORMATION ABOUT "MARCH IS CABARET MONTH" SPONSORS
We're looking for sponsors for MARCH IS CABARET MONTH promotion and gala - in $100 units. As we did with our November CD show, we want to cover all our expenses in advance so that we can concentrate our efforts completely on promotion of the entire international promotion program rather than fund raising or trying to sell every last ticket to the gala at THE LAURIE BEECHMAN on March 2nd. We currently have three sponsors - the more sponsors, the bigger the promotion can be!
One Sponsorship Unit of $100: One Free Ticket to the CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE MARCH IS CABARET MONTH GALA (worth $25) held Tuesday, March 2nd, at 7:00 pm at THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATER (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909 - ) plus inclusion of your name and website link (if applicable) in all promotional material we send out and in the program booklet. (does not include local promotional materials that our partners in this effort may generate). Your net expense: $75
Two Sponsorship Units: (total $200): Two Free Tickets to the CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE MARCH IS CABARET MONTH GALA (worth $50) plus inclusion of your name and website link (if applicable) in all promotional material we send out and in the program booklet. (does not include local promotional materials that our partners in this effort generate). Plus 1/4 page ad in program booklet at the gala (worth $35). Your net expense: $115
Three Sponsorship Units: (total $300): Two Free Tickets to the CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE MARCH IS CABARET MONTH GALA (worth $50) plus inclusion of your name and website link (if applicable) in all promotional material we send out and in the program booklet. (does not include local promotional materials that our partners in this effort generate). Plus 1/4 page ad in program booklet at the gala (worth $35). Plus 3 free weeks continuous side-bar ad (worth $25 per week or $75 - can be extended for $15/week additional up to 8 weeks) on the website (which includes mention of the advertised item in every issue of the newsletter while the ad is running) for any period you wish before July 5, 2010. (side-bar ad space is limited so if you take this option you must reserve your weeks a.s.a.p.) Your net expense: $140
