MESSAGE BOARD RULES
- PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY-

NOTE: Long messages will be deleted - whatever the subject. Please keep your messages to two or three paragraphs. Press releases should be sent to CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE for posting on the BREAKING NEWS pages if deemed appropriate.

Messages that refer to postings on another message board should be posted on that board, where they can be read in the context of all postings on that board, and responded to by the original poster. This also prevents selective quotes appearing here, possibly taken out of context, that cannot be checked or corrected by the original poster. All such such messages, and those with links to other message boards will be deleted.

Messages between two parties of limited interest to others, which can easily be communicated by regular e-mail will be deleted.

Reply messages that "flame" the poster rather than reasonably and maturely discuss the message of the post will be deleted.

I will no longer notify the poster of the message the reason for the deletion from the board. A thorough reading of the rules should be information enough.

Please note, when a message is deleted, all other messages connected to the original message are automatically deleted as well.

RULES & REGULATIONS

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this message board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you.

Although I do not and cannot review all the messages posted and am not responsible for the content of any of these messages, I reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). I reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information I know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Considering the real-time nature of this message board, it is impossible for me to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted, or the identity of the poster. Please remember that I do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and am not responsible for any messages posted. I do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and am not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this message board or any entity associated with this message board.

Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact me immediately by email at stuhamstra@svhamstra.com. I have the ability to remove objectionable messages and I will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if I determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that I may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
